Does REDMAGIC ship to my country?
The REDMAGIC Mars ships to the following locations: USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

Can I use REDMAGIC phones in a country/territory you don’t ship to?
We don’t recommend importing one of our devices to your country if we don’t ship there. The connectivity bands might not be optimized and it likely won’t work well in your location.
Should I get the Chinese version of the phone sold on third-party sites, such as AliExpress?
It’s not something we’d recommend. When you order the global version of the Mars from our official global store, you get:
- A 2-year warranty
- Reliable and responsive customer support
- A device that runs pure Stock Android with Google services
Third-party web stores, on the other hand, usually have zero after-sales support, sell devices without Google Services or sometimes don’t even work.
Too late, I already have the Chinese model. Do you provide support? Where can I get the global ROM?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for devices that are not sold from our official store. Please contact the third-party seller for after-sales support (if they have it!).
As for the global ROM, head here for download+flashing instructions. Please proceed with caution however, as REDMAGIC Global (that’s us!) cannot provide additional support for phones bought from third-party sellers should things go wrong during the flashing process.
Is the LED RGB Strip on the Mars customizable?
Yes, you can go to Settings > Multi-Color LED Strip and configure which notifications you want the strip to turn on for, also what kind of lighting effects and colors you want.
How long can I play power-demanding games on the REDMAGIC Mars?
It depends on what apps you’re using in the background and other factors, but we managed to play Arena of Valor for six hours on it!
Can I get a model to review?
Maybe! Send an email over to pr@redmagic.gg with your crazy/fool-proof idea to promote the REDMAGIC Mars and we’ll consider it. If you have not heard back within a week, please assume your request has been unsuccessful.
