Thank You for Choosing REDMAGIC
Your continued support is both valued and appreciated. As we approach the festive season, we wish to share details of our shipping arrangements to ensure clarity during this busy period.
Orders Placed Before December 15, 2024
- Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days.
- Delivery: For most countries and regions, delivery is anticipated by December 23.
Order Placed After December 15, 2024
- Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days.
- Delivery: Heightened demand during the holiday season may result in longer delivery times. Consequently, delivery by December 23 cannot be guaranteed.
A Caveat: Orders containing pre-ordered items are excluded from the aforementioned timelines. For instance, the Dusk 24GB+1TB model, available in selected stores, is expected to ship within 1–2 weeks. Please consult the relevant purchasing page for precise details.
REDMAGIC 10 Pro Orders
- Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days.
- Delivery: While we aim to minimize delays, logistical challenges during the festive period may extend delivery times to 5–12 days, depending on region or store.
A Caveat: Pre-ordered items, such as the Dusk 24GB+1TB model, are dispatched separately and adhere to different schedules. Please refer to the purchasing page for further clarity.
A Note of Prudence
Seasonal demand inevitably exerts pressure on logistics networks. To mitigate potential disruptions, we encourage customers to place orders at the earliest opportunity.
We thank you for your understanding and patience and extend our warmest wishes for a joyous holiday season.
