I purchased an red magic 11pro since on Nov 28 and received on Dec 4 , quite fast delivery and now used for few weeks.the phone is very nice and smooth,the fan and the new liquid cooling system are incredible.and the battery are huge and hold very long.but unfortunately the liquid cooling circle don't have RGB light's.how ever,will think to buy another 1!! This gaming phone is my favorite gaming device. It has an amazing screen, good speakers, fantastic touchscreen and shoulder trigger accuracy and responsiveness, solid build quality, decent back cameras, and the best cooling system. I like it more than the Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch. I hope to get years of gaming and show watching from this phone! I attached an image showing the phone camera is quite decent!

It was overall a great experience. It truly is a gaming phone and the battery life is great. As a constant Samsung user, it was a little tedious to port my information over but it was still satisfactory. What I would hope for is that the phone comes with an already installed Gallery, instead of relying on Google photos. But apart from this, I am enjoying the phone.
Liquid cooling looks cool.
I hate to do this since I like the brand, but the way they handle customer service speaks a lot. I bought the phone with a casing cooler fan , gaming grip, screen protector etc. I went the distance with this company.
In less than 2 weeks a short fall (about 80cm) shattered the screen protector in 3 corners, the casing didn't provide any protection as part of the phone itself got scratched(behind the casing don't ask me how that happened, I have pictures)
At first they ask what I would like to do but end up telling me they can't do a thing, if I want to send in my phone for repair it will cost me.
So do not buy any additional casing or screen protector, not tough at all and doesn't protect the phone
I love the phone, I'm enjoying it so very much. The speed of the games and the control I have of everything I want to do in the device ❤️. Thanks for such a marvel!
This is literally my dream phone and more.
I am thoroughly enjoying the phone! It is everything I have read about and more, lightning fast and definitely has an awesome battery life. I would give it 5 stars if there were more options to customize the app drawer, customize folders, and slides. Also adjusting the flashlight brightness would be cool with a phone this powerful. Lastly, hopefully more service providers like Verizon and t mobile will be fully compatible with this phone.
Just received and only played CODM and it is as good as the RM 9 Pro with better cooling, and better graphics, so far so good.

In extreme cases where excessive external force is applied, the liquid cooling film may experience slight leakage. However, the cooling fluid is non-conductive and used in very small quantities, so it will not cause liquid ingress, short-circuiting, or corrosion to the motherboard.
If leakage is detected, the after-sales service center will conduct a professional inspection to determine whether the cause was human-induced. Based on the inspection results, the repair may fall under free warranty service or paid repair.

It also supports reverse wireless charging, designed mainly for occasional or emergency use—such as powering earbuds or smartwatches. The system automatically adjusts the output based on the receiving device and temperature to ensure safety and reduce battery stress. Because prolonged use may generate additional heat and accelerate battery wear, we recommend using reverse wireless charging only when necessary.

*Devices are tested under controlled laboratory conditions, achieving an IPX8 rating. The air duct adopts an independent cooling structure; dust may enter this duct during operation but it does not affect the device’s core functions or overall performance under normal use.
