Delivery took quite awhile. 2nd++ month onwards then I got my tablet. Packaging was great as it was bubble wrapped etc, keep it up. Discounts for preorder was not that great, for a return customer, as I bought the pro9 before, also during preorder period. There isn't any special bundle or freebies that comes with it for preorders.
Tablet wise, there is no SIM card slot. So it is based purely on WiFi or I have to hotspot from my phone. Game play wise, my usual FPS on pro9, the fan was auto activated but this tablet it was not. Maybe it can withstand the heat for the game or the device is way better than the minimum required specs - which is quite good i guess. Refresh rate was up to 144hz compared to pro9 120hz. My FPS gameplay was quite good.
I'm already signed up and waiting for pro10 and/or pro10+ but I'm looking forward to the black saga version due to gold black colour and its bigger space and ram 1TB. Hope it has better bundles for preorders and return customers like me. Otherwise, I have to turn to other brand already.

Great hardware for gaming on tablet with nice color.
The stylus also feel smooth writing or drawing on it, although the app experience could be better as google note don't really support writing directly on it unless you manually go launch handwritten keyboard

Received device in a physically good condition. However, the device is having several issues. Whenever I open youtube/instagram/facebook etc. the screen freezes & reboot every time. Also, screen freezes whenever there is a trailer/video being played in game such as Call of Duty Mobile. Another point to note, whenever I do screen recording, the saved recording screen freezes but the audio keeps playing. I have updated all the device software & app updates but to no avail. This shows the failure of software/hardware of this device. Currently undergoing communication with technical team, hopefully they can solve it out or else this device is considered defect & will not recommend to anyone nor future purchases.

We collect tax in advance for phone orders and switch the sales terms from DAP to DDP, which is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port, so as to provide a better purchasing experience for customers. *But for accessory orders, it remains DAP.
