- The REDMAGIC 10S Pro Sign-up Event will be available from May 26, 2025, to June 17, 2025. Sign up for a chance to win a free 10S Pro or full refund of 10S Pro. The winner will be notified via email on June 20, 2025.
- Participants must subscribe with a valid email address to participate. VPN (Virtual Private Network) use is prohibited. Participants found using a VPN will not be eligible for rewards.
- REDMAGIC reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time during the event. Any personal information collected by REDMAGIC from these events will not be shared or disclosed to third parties.

By subscribing with a valid email address, users agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receiving marketing emails from REDMAGIC. - Game Entry & Chances:
Subscribing enters users into a chance to participate in the spin-to-win game. Sharing the game on social media increases the chances of winning, with a maximum of 4 entries per user. - Promo Code Use:
Promo codes for the REDMAGIC 10S Pro cannot be combined with other ongoing discounts. These codes are valid till July 18, 2025. Users who win a prize through the spin-to-win game may still apply a promo code and claim their free gift when purchasing the 10S Pro. - Free Gift Redemption:
Each free gift can be redeemed with every REDMAGIC 10S Pro purchase. If a user qualifies for multiple gifts but only purchases one 10S Pro, gifts will be fulfilled in the following priority:
1) 10S Pro Cooling Case
2) REDMAGIC Mora Gift — includes one randomly selected item: a Mora Acrylic Standee, sticker, or cushion. - Prize Eligibility & Redemption:
All prizes (discounts, Mora gift, accessories, 10 Air Flare) are awarded randomly. Only users who purchase the REDMAGIC 10S Pro using the same email address used for game participation are eligible to redeem their free gift (means Mora gift and 10S Pro Cooling case). You will be notified via email if you win any prizes. Free gifts will be shipped together with the 10S Pro order. All game benefits are valid for one month after the sale starts. - Stock & Substitutions:
If the prize you win is out of stock at your selected store, you may: choose a similar item of equal value from another store, or receive a refund equivalent to the item’s value. - Prize Determination:

Open to global customers who successfully purchase a REDMAGIC 10S Pro from the official store and do not return it within 14 days (unless due to product issues). A valid email and social media account are required. - Giveaway Rules
The 10th, 100th, and 1,000th buyers will each receive one (1) REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet. Winners are based on order sequence in the REDMAGIC system. REDMAGIC may verify order validity and reserves the right to cancel rewards for ineligible or refunded orders. - Winner Notification & Delivery
Winners will be contacted via order email after June 20, 2025. Tablets will ship upon its launch. A product review request will follow via email. - Participation Requirement
Winners must post a product experience on social media (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or others) using #REDMAGIC within 14 days of receiving the tablet. Failure to do so may result in return request of the gift. - Other Terms

- Early Bird codes will expire on July 18, 2025.
- Free stickers are will be included with 10S Pro Early Bird orders automatically, and will be shipped together with the 10S Pro order.
- From June 17 - June 18, only Early Bird users can purchase the REDMAGIC 10S Pro. Regular users can purchase starting from June 18, 8 pm SGT.
- Each voucher may be used to buy one REDMAGIC 10S Pro.
- The voucher is non-refundable after purchase.
